Since its establishment, BestOil has been implementing its continuous development policy in human resources, by employing expert employees and management staff who have been working hard for many years, as well as young talents who will carry this experience forward.
In line with Strategic Human Resources Management, the targets and competencies of all employees are determined in accordance with their job descriptions, based on BestOil's strategic goals.
BestOil provides various career opportunities to its employees with internal and external training programs, investment projects and committee studies. It also supports the efficiency and success of its employees in line with their careers through the performance evaluation process and creates training/development plans for improvement areas.
BestOil attaches special importance to the health and safety of its employees and provides training to each employee on the precautions they need to take regarding occupational safety from the day they start work and continues to work on continuous improvement in the work environment.

A training policy is followed to ensure the continuity of employee loyalty and development.
Training and development plans for our employees are created each year by the human resources department in line with the results of career planning and performance evaluation.
Our education policy can be summarized as the continuous development of our education and development activities with a learning organization perspective, the support of creative perspectives and differences, and the continuous strengthening of leadership.
OUR RECRUITMENT POLICY
Our company prioritizes the candidates' competencies and potential during the selection and placement process and provides career and development opportunities to experienced employees as well as young people with high potential who are just starting their careers.
The expert HR team begins the process by conducting telephone interviews with candidates approved by the business units based on their CVs. Face-to-face interviews are organized for candidates who are found positive by reviewing the requirements for the relevant position.
Candidates who are found to be positive during the interview process are subject to reference checks and the offer process is initiated. Candidates whose recruitment processes are not progressing positively are informed via e-mail or telephone.
